Rhineland Operation Lumberjack Battle Map
Operation Lumberjack took place from 1-7 March 1945 and was the Allied push to gain and hold the western bank of the Rhine river. This map shows units under Hodges' 1st Army as they approached and captured cities such as Cologne, Bonn, and Koblenz. Note the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen is annotated.
